앱을 최신 버전으로 업데이트해 주세요. 문제가 지속되면 기기를 재시작한 뒤 다시 시도해 주세요.Please update the app to the latest version. If the issue persists, restart your device and try again.

Q. 게임 데이터를 복구할 수 있나요?Q. Can I recover my game data?

현재 Sublux는 기기 내 로컬 저장 방식을 사용하고 있어, 앱을 삭제하면 데이터가 초기화됩니다. 클라우드 저장 기능은 추후 업데이트 예정입니다.Sublux currently uses local storage on your device, so uninstalling the app will reset your data. Cloud save is planned for a future update.

Q. 광고를 제거할 수 있나요?Q. Can I remove ads?

현재 광고 제거 기능은 제공되지 않습니다. 향후 업데이트를 통해 관련 옵션을 추가할 예정입니다.Ad removal is not currently available. We plan to add this option in a future update.

Studio MA-AH(이하 "회사")는 「개인정보 보호법」에 따라 이용자의 개인정보를 보호하고 이와 관련한 고충을 처리하기 위하여 다음과 같은 개인정보 처리방침을 수립·공개합니다.

1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목

Sublux는 별도의 회원가입 없이 이용 가능하며, 게임 플레이에 필요한 최소한의 정보만을 처리합니다.

· 자동 수집 항목: 광고 식별자(ADID/IDFA), 기기 정보, OS 버전, 앱 사용 기록

2. 개인정보의 수집 및 이용 목적

· 서비스 제공 및 운영
· 앱 안정성 개선 및 오류 분석
· 맞춤형 광고 제공 (제3자 광고 SDK)

3. 개인정보의 보유 및 이용 기간

수집된 정보는 서비스 이용 기간 동안 보유되며, 앱 삭제 시 기기 내 저장된 데이터는 즉시 삭제됩니다.

4. 제3자 제공

회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만, 광고 SDK(Google AdMob 등)를 통해 광고 식별자가 처리될 수 있습니다.

5. 개인정보 처리의 위탁

· Google AdMob: 광고 제공
· Google Firebase: 앱 분석 및 오류 추적

6. 이용자의 권리

이용자는 기기 설정에서 광고 식별자 초기화 또는 맞춤 광고 수신을 거부할 수 있습니다.

Studio MA-AH ("Company") establishes and discloses the following privacy policy to protect users' personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

1. Personal Information Collected

Sublux can be used without registration. Only minimal information necessary for gameplay is processed.

· Automatically collected: Advertising ID (ADID/IDFA), device info, OS version, app usage data

2. Purpose of Collection

· Service provision and operation
· App stability improvement and error analysis
· Personalized advertising (third-party ad SDK)

3. Retention Period

Collected information is retained during the service usage period. Data stored on the device is immediately deleted when the app is uninstalled.

4. Third-Party Disclosure

The Company does not provide personal information to third parties. However, advertising identifiers may be processed through ad SDKs (e.g., Google AdMob).

5. Processing Delegation

· Google AdMob: Ad delivery
· Google Firebase: App analytics and error tracking

6. User Rights

Users can reset their advertising identifier or opt out of personalized ads through device settings.
